Exchange and Return Conditions
We accept exchanges or returns for items of satisfactory quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the item is eligible for return.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be strictly met:

Unused Condition: The item must be unused and show absolutely no signs of wear.

Original Condition Maintained: The item must be in its original, resalable condition.

Packaging and Tags Intact: All original packaging, tags, labels, and protective seals must be fully intact and included.

Proof of Purchase: The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or sales invoice.
🚨 Final Sale (Hygiene Exclusions):
For reasons of health and hygiene and in line with industry standards in the United States, Balaclavas and other face coverings are considered Final Sale once the original packaging, seals, or tags have been removed, or if the item shows any sign of use.
Returns will only be accepted for Balaclavas if they are:
Unopened in their original sealed packaging.
Defective or damaged upon receipt.
